About Evan

A singer, actor, and dancer raised in Colorado, Evan found his love for theatre at a young age. He appeared in his first professional production at the age of nine as Bert in All My Sons. For the past thirteen years, Evan has pursued and developed his passion into a career. Some highlights in his development as a performer include the New York Premier of Orange Star Dinner Show as well as Michael in Billy Elliot the Musical; a role that he played three times (North Carolina Theatre, Music Theatre Wichita, Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma) and for which he received a Broadway World Award-Best Supporting Actor. 

During the summer of 2019, Evan played Eugene in Mountain Repertory Theatre's production of Grease in Cripple Creek, Colorado. Evan holds his BFA in Musical Theatre (‘22) from The University of Oklahoma- Weitzenhoffer School of Musical Theatre. A few of his favorite performances from his time at OU are She Loves Me (Arpad), Spring Awakening (Otto), Songs for a New World (Man 2), Grand Hotel (Rohna), and Cabaret (Swing). Evan is also an advanced tap dancer and spends much of his free time tapping. In April of 2021, he released his first Original Tap Music Video that he choreographed and produced with students in Gaylord College of Journalism at OU. 

In the summer of 2022, Evan performed as Mush in Casa Mañana's production of Newsies and as Harry the Horse in The Sharon Playhouse's production of Guys and Dolls.

He is currently on the North American Tour of The Book of Mormon in the Ensemble and understudying Elder Cunningham.
